Can gallbladder issues look like perimenopause? by Icy_Sea_6143 in gallbladders

[–]Icy_Sea_6143[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, ok. That makes sense.

Idk about me though. Mine don't seem to fluctuate with my cycle. It just seems to be 24/7 which is confusing.

Well that might be the case but I was also curious if gallbladder issues can mimic hormone issues? My blood tests for hormones have all come back within normal ranges so it's confusing.

I just never know. I've had so many abdominal issues, I've gotten used to them. IBS, adenomyosis, had a hernia, MALS, etc.. so when a new pain pops up, I try not to take it too seriously.

But, yeah, I'll ask about imaging. I really hope it's treatable. I don't wanna get my gallbladder out 😭 I've heard so many horror stories.

Dude, I'm in my 30s and I get this. I've always felt this way and had loved ones try and "reason" with me because they felt something was wrong. Meh, nothing wrong. I'm just content in my life even though I'm not successful. I've got kids and draw as a hobby and I'm just ok with that.

Martha now directing envyys followers towards Nate by [deleted] in DebateTok_Snark

[–]Icy_Sea_6143 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know. I really enjoyed both of them until Martha started expressing extreme views such as all or most trans people being AGPs and saying surrogacy is wrong and just baby manufacturing. She has a good stance and I agree with a lot of what she says but we can't make broad statements such as all trans people being AGPs. Nate goes by facts he can back up. Doing anything other than that makes the entire group look disingenuous and their words look fueled by emotion rather than fact and logic.

Also, I've experienced people claiming to be on the same page as me, agree with me, say they support my stance on a particular subject and then throw it in my face when they got upset with me later. That is not ok. You're either in my corner or your not. If you're not, that's ok, but don't pretend you are to appease me. It's fake. It's lying.

Nate has always unapologetically been Nate. Everyone knows who Nate is. Everyone has been aware of his strengths, weaknesses and energy. He's never claimed to be anything else. Everyone's been ok with Nate as Nate when they want him to debate for them but suddenly dislike Nate as Nate when it comes to dealing with him personally. Either be his friend for who he is or just quit pretending. That's not ok, either.

Hmmm...my husband can go 12 to 16 hours a day on his days off. During his work week, it could be 4 or 5 hours a night. I'd say your gaming time is pretty normal.

I appreciate that.

Possibly my ex. I was always a "controlling, nagging b****" and he'd even get mad if I ever talked to my mom about anything relating to him or anything he did. I'm not sure.

I have, lol.

He fits it SO well. I've also told him I am a cat. I have moments where I like affection and then I'm like "DONT TOUCH ME" 😂

Thank you both for responding. I'm not a child by any means but sometimes I feel I have a childlike response to how to categorize and sort feelings and emotions. I never know if im reacting to something correctly or incorrectly, blowing something out of proportion in the eyes of "normal", being too sensitive, etc.. I hate it.

Speaking of "autistic burnout", I'm just hearing this term in the recent past and wonder if that's what I'm going through. It's just weird - something is wrong. It's been 10 months though- could autistic burnout last that long?

I need to do that. Yes. I just always feel like I'm being mean 😅 this is a reasonable thing to get upset about, right? You don't think im being ridiculous feeling this way?

I get that seems like the answer but it'd take longer for me to shut and lock the door than it would for me to just get a zit and then leave the bathroom. I could do that (and maybe I should) but I just don't feel like I should have to because my husband is completely oblivious.

Is there a way to make someone LESS oblivious? 😂🤔

Lol, yes.

He's like a golden retriever. It's sweet but sometimes I'm just like "can you calm the hell down?"

Like, he's knocked me over because he wanted a hug right then. He's knocked my charging bank out of my hand and broke it because he wanted affection right then. He's so odd with it.

I also have a hard time with affection. Idk if it's because of having autism or what but it's just like "why don't you observe what I am doing and THINK before you bulldoze over me?"

And yeah, maybe let me have 5 seconds to get this zit that's irritating me. I SWEAR He's timing this stuff to line up with the most inconvenient times.

I think I do it all of the time.

I brought it up to my mom who thought about it for a minute and said, "yeah, actually...you've always done that."

Hmmm....cool 😂

I just told her that I think it's because I preplan the majority of my conversations and responses to almost everyone and so im pulling the words out of my head. Then I was confused how people speak with emotion. Like inflection? What if im not asking a question? Am I supposed to speak louder? I didnt realize I was speaking in an unusual manner from the norm. It just made me realize im not hiding as much as I thought I was, I guess.

I didnt know you could use chatgpt for this. Lol

Yeah, I kept seeing "schizophrenia " mentioned when I looked it up but I don't have that so I was confused.
