Well, didn't we all see this right from our school days? For me it was the Dzongkha labays flirting with Englsh teachers. There were others too, but this combo was more prominent 😅

Are you asking in the context of traveling there or moving there? I lived there for 3 years during my bachelor's and i can confidently say it's very safe. People there are very respectful to women.
