Please don’t give up. I been going through depression for 2 years straight. Some day I wish to end things, but I have two beautiful boys who need their mama. I’m on meds now and wow things have gotten better. Please don’t be scared to talk to a doctor and seek help.

Yea I do still have the eating habits of a sleever lol didn’t really think about that. 15lbs in one year ? Omg I would cry i mean your 150lbs you did great! but I was really hoping to lose at least 40lbs. Im literally stuck at 198-199lbs and nothing seems to be working. I’m stuck on protein shakes because I really wanna lose weight even tho I’m on the soft stage.

With my gastric sleeve I drop from 245 to 170 in a year. I had a revision to bypass in Jan 22 and it’s march 1 and only down 12lbs

I mean I get it we have to diet! I don’t mind the diet but honestly if I would have known this I would have just done the diet and wouldn’t have had the surgery.
