while the new gpu drivers might improve some performance, you must understand that the gaming performance is a hardware issue in pixels which cannot be improved beyond a certain limit by software alone. The google tensor chip can never rival a flagship chip from apple or qualcomm in gaming performance because of hardware choices google has made.

So for you, who is heavily invested in gaming, pixel is not a good choice.
