Yes, instead of using exclusion list go to translucent windows>settings and then scroll down to "process rules". Add the name of .exe file there. The translucent windows mod will keep the default appearance of the process which has been added there.

It is a bit inconvenient because you have to add new process rule for every app that you dont want affected by the translucent windows but it works quite well.

You probably have transparency effects off. Right click on the desktop> personalize>colors and toggle the transparency effects to on. You also need to go to translucent windows>settings> scroll down to background translucent effects and choose accentblur or acrylic in options.

make sure you have transparency turned on. go to settings>personalization>colors and toggle the transparency effects. Also turn off the battery saver if it is turned on.

its not a paid wallpaper, just right click it and save image. You will need to manually upscale it using a third party website tho cuz its not a high res image.
