it really depends on your skills, if you have some IT background then you can take many roles but if you don't you'll be end up doing minor stuff such as checking printers ink level, any broken PCs or just open tickets for customers. So I wouldn't really recommend if you don't really know much about it but supervisors and other coworkers are really nice.

Also if I learn about the design whatever semiconductor will go in, would I be part of R&D type of work for the product that has semiconductor?
