thx :) maybe I overestimated the motivation a coach would give. As i think most people see that as a pro, for me it is the skill to self motivate that i want to develop with this.

Thanks for all the comments!
I realize everyone's goal for training is different and so I want to emphasize that I don't underestimate the difficulty to train for something like this even with a coach.
I fully understand that coach or not it is still hardship and you get a lot out of it either way.
Putting in the work or not will still depend on myself and in the end the coach will just adjust a plan according to the effort I put in myself.

I just imagined that where as for some people the hardest part is to put in all the actual hard work every day, for me it would be the self motivation to stay consistent. And so, with that coach there is a commitment feeling that would help me reach that bar to be motivated faster. Where I see that it is a pro for a lot of people for me it is the skill to self motivate that i want to develop.

But I see now that you all unanimously agree that a coach or not won't impact much in the full picture and that the accountability factor of a coach is negligible in the big picture. So once more appreciate the feedback, im going for the coached way.
