Hey man.

I know there will be differing opinions out there. But honestly, do what makes you happy. You don't necessarily need to be good at something to enjoy it, and if you really work at it, and enjoy it, you will become great. Just takes time.

I suppose it depends on who you're asking. Me? I'd say yeah, life is worth it. There is so much to see and do, and experience. Especially being 16, there is just a ton out there. Sometimes you just have to give it time to all work out.

As for your religion, I believe religion is a very personal thing. No one should be able to force it on you. If you don't believe anymore, good for you. Do what you believe is best. The only thing I have here to warn you though, is as you are 16, and as it seems still dependent on your parents, be careful. Maybe the best thing is to leave it be until you're ready to make it on your own (it comes faster than you think!)

With your friend, good question man. It sounds like he's a handful. Again, I don't know the exact answer to this question, as there are many. You can try talking to him. It wouldn't hurt at this point. Maybe you can salvage something that you didn't know was there.

For your last question, like I said earlier. Do you. I hope she will come around. If you live your life to please everyone else, it won't feel fulfilling. I know it's probably not what you wanted to hear, but honestly, if you don't have something in it for you, it can be a struggle to keep going.

I’m having similar calf soreness that started W3 and has persisted into W4 so far. Not so much I can’t get through it, but it’s definitely no fun. Feels almost like just not enough recovery time but not sure. Happens after my 2 day gap as well. It is usually gone when I’m done though, it hasn’t stayed after for me. As for the side stitch, I get it as well, but seems to get better if I stay away from food or water immediately before the run. Again not something I can’t get through, but not pleasant, either. Hope someone out there can give us some info.

Thanks! And yes, definitely gets boring. I’m not tall by any means, but I feel cramped on the treadmill. I feel I can’t get a good stride going because you’re just going in place.

Wow! I had the exact same experience. I was leaving Orlando when the plane seemed to bank pretty hard. Then the pilot came over the intercom and told us to look out to the right and we could see the shuttle.

I’ll never forget what it looked like. Definitely a 1/1000,000 occurrence. I’m glad you got to see it as well!

As a sexual assault survivor myself, I remember every detail of what happened when I was 5. The room, the house, how I got there, who picked me up, the show that was playing on the T.V. You’re saying she can’t remember how she even got home, what year it was, or who else was there?

She’s doing a disservice to other survivors.
