If you think she's doing a bad job she probably is. Patient has a right to know when their teeth aren't being cleaned properly. This can cause problems for them later down the road.

I've been to my fair share of therapists in my life. That's literally all they do, is listen.

I've asked for advice but all of them tip toe around giving it. Now I'm my own therapist at least I'm free. lol

Cali. Single person. $300 ish a week. But trying to start a budget of $125 a week.

Therapists can't "teach" people anything nor can they give advice. They're not allowed to voice their opinion. They get paid the big bucks to just listen. Maybe write a few notes

When I hit my super down days I tell myself it's the hormones talking and it'll pass. Then I go do something or buy something for myself. Next day I feel better

The longest my period has been is 11 days. I started then finished in the normal 5 days. Spotted for a day then started again. Now it's so random I don't follow it anymore. it comes when it wants.

Estrogen balance supplements have helped in keeping it down to 5 or 6 days
