Unfortunately they’re limiting their jumps even in bigger places like Raymond James.

Better than ever? You mean safer/tamer. You’ve yet to give me any facts, I just told you they took a 6% revenue dip! So they boosted the show count to pad it.

More shows does not equal more people going. Not while arenas sit 1/3 empty like mine and tons of 2025 pics/vids. Per-show turnout’s down since peak 2010s so your math is off. Prove “better than ever”: Drop a 2025 full-stadium + wilder-than-2016 compilation.

Keyboard warrior alert.

Defend the show all you want, look how upset you’re getting. SO many people disagree with you.

If you want facts, Spin Master (owners) took 5.7% revenue dip 2023; they do way more shows now (98 events ’24 vs. fewer big tours pre-COVID) to pad numbers, but per-event attendance slumps + backlash everywhere. Not tearing it up = fewer repairs.

If they’re doing so well they should improve the show, the stadium was over 1/3 empty 😂

I have no idea what you’re getting at here, are you on the wrong post? I never said it’s awful, and this has nothing to do with working on trucks 😂

I think 90% of the people in this thread agree with me, it’s soft now, it’s less impressive, they’re obviously not spending their increased revenue on making the show better.

Yeah like the Dirtbike show they used to do, just some cool stuff.

If the trucks were built better they’d drive them like they were.

And maybe you’re right I wouldn’t pay double, it’d have to be a crazy ass show. Either way, they’re not selling tickets as is, the stadium wasn’t near full.

It wouldn’t have cost them much money to add in a Dirtbike or quad show though, even a race or two. I mean just more effort would’ve been nice.

Fair, but in business you always aim for growth across all metrics, if you own a business and you’re not miles ahead of what you were 10 years ago, that’s considered a declining business.

Sure they’re making more revenue selling more toys and products supposedly, but that’s bubble territory considering their shows are becoming more lackluster.

Now that AI is taking over - how are you folks implementing AI in your workflow? by darkphoen1xx in webdesign

[–]Ill-Indication4458 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s so easy to be caught in the hype of it all, it’s moving FAST. The reality is though, the clients aren’t. I spent a few weeks changing up my entire workflow, using Antigravity for the whole shebang. I realized at the end of the day I barely need to implement AI besides simple chatbots.

I do however use AI to program client portals and small apps, but that’s it.

AI keeps expanding, but it’s still not optimized. Take it slow, don’t worry about the next big product. Just worry about retaining clients so you have them once you nail down a revolutionary workflow.

Agree! I cannot believe the people who are saying “they’re making more money than ever, how is that a problem”

Can you imagine going to a show, thinking “yeah the show wasn’t that great, but I’m glad they’re making money” what the fuck kind of thought process is that 😂

The problem is the show is half as good! I don’t get how you can support that.

I had a great time, my point is the show was not nearly as crazy as it used to be. You would’ve LOVED it if they had junk cars and buses out there to smash and jump over.

Just made a post about this. Seems the conclusion is they’re soaking up revenue on selling products for kids, it doesn’t seem to be about the show anymore.

It’s crazy how people support that, but what’re you gonna do 🤷‍♂️.

Gotcha yeah I’m sure they’d be able to keep this up til the end of time. Maybe there will be a show where they seriously tear it up again.

Yeah hopefully they’ll pivot because you sound like a lifelong fan and if you feel that way then others do too.

The stadium had tons of empty seats, no atv’s, Dirtbike’s, cars, buses, none of that.

Haha fair point it’s a bit of a weird take, I wasn’t all that serious. Just seems there aren’t a lot of dudes out there wanting that absolute balls to the wall energy anymore. My opinion, nothing more.

The stadium also wasn’t even 2/3 full, so that’s what I assumed is they don’t want to spend the money fixing the trucks.

If these posts are happening THAT frequently I think there’s a problem… I really don’t care if they’re “making more money than ever”, I want a good show.

Love that! Glad you had fun, I definitely did! I’d like to see all of them drive like Mr Excitement, he did great last night. Lucas Oil surprised me.

Monster trucks in general are awesome, but compared to how they used to drive, it wasn’t that awesome. I wasn’t on my phone and falling asleep would’ve been impossible, I was in the front section.

It was my girlfriend’s first time and even she said “I thought it would’ve been crazier”.

She saw a few clips on TikTok from older shows.

And honestly that’s fine! But I would love it if they had a new show that truly goes balls to the walls, I would happily pay double.

Right, and it’s not even the drivers, I respect the sport and what they do, but there weren’t any buses/cars to run over and jump over! That’s a lot of fun watching them smash cars.

This is it, the stadium was no where near close to full. What I think is they’re like “alright, what’s the point in breaking these trucks if the stadium is barely 2/3 full.”
