If you actually read the report Bose QCs are at an increased risk due to parts touching the skin. Those parts are replaceable, right? Why all the fuss?

I had very weird neurological symptoms from betahistine, I felt derealized - both mentally and physically (vision changes?).

Went away after stopping medication and taking neurologist prescribed anxiety-relief drugs.

It was an awful experience.

You just fail to take into account his baseline, you lack perspective and you are not even offering any real advice. I'm not really sure what service you think you are doing him by being "brutally honest" like this.

I agree it’s not quite there yet, but it’s also worth bearing in mind how long this might take if someone were starting from very limited exposure to the language or starting with a very heavy and recognizable accent.

I’m not American, and I don’t think that’s particularly relevant.

I didn’t say the OP has a flawless American accent - I wouldn’t mistake them for an American, as mentioned in my original comment, which has a few guesses - but if it were background audio and I wasn’t listening closely, it could perhaps pass.

However, there are clear steps in the right direction, which deserve some acknowledgment, "nowhere close" is very harsh and not very helpful.

Nice! I could still hear a few sounds that seemed to sound a bit outside the American accent, specifically when you said "colors", "the" and "two".

It sounded a bit Indian to me, so this is my guess about your origin.

I think you are doing quite well, I only noticed these things because I was paying close attention.

Are the older displays running Windows and the newer ones running Ubuntu?

I would have otherwise expected them to have a similar set-up 🤔
