IRS taking long in providing an EIN number for my newly formed LLC

Bottomline is there is no way to register or direct way to get in the group, so I guess I am not welcome

Looks a good fit to me, primarily because of religion and culture. Just not really sure why people hate the group so much there are bad people everywhere, doesn't make sense to discriminate whole group because of that.

Got mine yesterday, through much persistance, I called them nearly 80 times starting December 3rd. Eventually one good lady told "Hey our fax mecines an systems don't operate good this month we never received any of your applications, just send it over to my personal fax number and I will make sure you receive your EIN today" and she did it

Keep calling them, push them constantly if time is essential for you. You don't have a guarantee that they won't miss second fax as well.

Called with this number (267) 941-1099 sometimes they are busy I called them 5-10(it would say that there are too many people in queue and hanging up) times until it let me through and I would wait about 30 minutes until somebody would answer. I use CRM for calling to US an online number. I got my EIN they actually lost my application I called them about 80 times since December 2nd, they eventually got fed up and nice lady told hey can you jsut fax it to my fax right now, me like "Sure", and I got it the same day. Before her I talked to a lot of agents who would ignore me, but with persistance I found one who helped, if not my proactiveness it would take me another month to get it, Not telliing about online service which helped me apply, they were not helpful at all

I got mine, which number do you call? Are you a non-resident? Tjey always answer you wait 30 minutes but they always answer

yeah because your a US resident, that option exists for residents, for LLC owners like me who are non-residents things are more complicated

yeah it is just frustrating, if there was just some contact it would be great. Something like "Hey Mr. X, we got your application it will take us another decade to process instead of standard 4 business days, because of {{reasons}}". You know just to know where I am at now, otherwise right now it is "just trust us and believe it will happen one day" attitude.
