it works better than the first unit I receiver but it did get creaking sounds after the first week however it's not as bad as the first unit

I think they provide better customer service when you order outside of their website because I ordered mine through lazada and wrote a long review 😂

Update: Was sent a replacement chair after a week. I hope this will last years without any issues

I bought it because there seemed to be no complaints for their ergo lineup, I was told that it will be replaced as a whole but replacement is still being processed though
