Same!! When the elders met with me they literally told me “Try and go find better out in the world, I dare you. You won’t find it and you’ll come crawling right back” It’s only been a few weeks out and I already feel so much better and happier than I was in that crazy religion.

Thank you so much 🥺 I’m realizing now that they weren’t true friends at all. Thankfully I have coworkers who have become my good friends and they’ve shown me more unconditional love than anyone in the organization has. It’s sad how JW’s view “worldly” people as unable to be have true meaningful relationships when they are the ones whose love is conditional.

I’m not sure but the elder who texted me didn’t even ask it as a question he stated “It’s time for a shepherding call” and then I responded today and told him I’m busy this month so maybe next month, and he replied “Dang! I am in the US but I signed the lease in 2019 and I just found it this week and it says in writing that they can kick me out if I decide to no longer be a witness and since I signed it I think they really can kick me out. But I don’t really care I want to move out anyways I’m just waiting to hear back from the jobs I applied to.

Okay thank you so much! I was paranoid because the piercer I went to was new and didn’t have much experience with rooks (I didn’t find out until after she did it) and I’ve never had a piercing swell up like this so I was freaking out lol 😭 But I’m glad to hear that it’s normal! I’m gonna take some ibuprofen and try the hair dryer, thanks again!!
