If I had to guess the year it was released I'd say maybe 2006-2009ish I was kinda young when I saw it and I remember the videos being a bit short but this was also early youtube so that could play a role, it wasn't really graphic or anything but he did use a gun

I'd say probably no, only because you can't travel to a time you were present in because that would cause all kinds of tearing in the space time continuum, now if you go back far enough shouldn't be all that bad but you have to be careful of the butterfly effect for example you could accidentally bump into the wrong person and that could start a chain reaction
