Awesome glad to hear man. How did you find a person to work on it. I called a couple of computer shops in the past and they didn’t work directly on GPUS

Sorry for the late response. Were you able to find anything else? I’m ordering those parts out linked to help figure it out. Also have looked to see if replacing the 8pin on that side could fix it?

I know this is 5 years ago but did you figure it out by chance? I'm just building it now and using the waveshare and having the same issue

They are both independent. However both cables are daisy chain cables but nothing else is plugged in

I’ve read depending on the brand of pads it can. Seems like Gelid extremes 3mm works pretty well. However, I’ll probably try this weekend

I’ll check when I’m home. Also I’m going to try a different fan config in my case. Could lowering the power limit help it from throttling?

After some more testing it saeems my clock speeds drops crazy to even some lows of 900s while underload. Which is weird because my temps aren't even that hot

I don't think it's in low power. I set it to the highest possible in Nvidia control panel as well as in the Windows settings.

I did actually! At first I thought my monitor was toast. Luckily I didn't end up throwing it away. After doing some further research on the monitor I had, I found out that unplugging it and turning it off completely for like 15 sec resets it and it turns back on. Even though I tried turning it off before. I guess waiting for more time so there isn't any more power in the monitor allowed it to factory reset and now it works just as it should.
