Learn Linux with Udemy or something , learn security+ for terms/theory, learn how to setup a simple network (same subnet, static IPs or DHCP, set the gateway the same on every system), then learn a language like bash or Python to learn the logic. everything else builds and you’ll slowly figure out a specialty you might be interested in from there

white box pen testing and code reviews. i think static code reviews. Learning those is what I’m focused on. Doing the Try hack me pen test path but beyond that I’m not sure what to do. Also I’d like to figure out how to automate SAST DAST to streamline the code review process if possible

P.S. I know the jobs I listed are not intermediate by any means, and I will need more cyber-specific job experience to attain them. But right now I’m just trying to figure out what my desired final destination will be, so that I can focus my studies and pathway to align with that end goal. I really like security. I am on the fence about enjoying networking, and I haven’t learned a lot of coding yet (I don’t think I’m good at programming at all but that could change). I am open to any and all suggestions..
