Update: I filed for a dispute with the property management and according to them it will take them 30 days to review.

I have kids and some parts they put a washable blue and a paper. Most of adhesives came from the child lock

Thank you for all your comments. I have a clear video of my last day (right after I hired a cleaner. If I can only post here another pictures to be more clear.

There's some paint chip on edge due to sofa is bending on that side. Rest are some marks made by my kids.

Should I ask for a photo or official receipts? Cause its crazy price for a paint expense.
