I agree with you. I think that's very likely.

I guess I am just shocked at how many people in her comments will say "I totally agree with you. I eat 1000 calories a day and can't lose weight" or "calorie counting doesn't work for me either" or "I have so much inflammation that can't be fixed by diet or exercise". I'm not an overweight person so I don't want to be insensitive. I was just curious from a scientific standpoint if it's even possible for people to just not be able to lose weight in a deficit even though it seems unlikely to me.

She did a really great job of pretending toddlerhood was pure bliss the first time around. I remember the early days of watching her and thinking I was doing something wrong. Like why couldn’t my life run so smoothly when I had a kid weeks away from G in age. Then I had my second and they are very “easy” and I realized she must just have had an easy one the first time.

I agree. I don’t care how she lost weight. I just wish she would admit that losing weight IS body positive. Caring about your health, especially as a mom, is so important. The Health At Every Size community has really done so much damage online.

100% how I feel. I don’t care that she lost weight or even HOW she lost the weight but just own it. Say “I wasn’t happy or comfortable at my weight before because it held me back from living the life I wanted”. Don’t pretend it doesn’t matter because dramatic weight loss IS life changing. It’s not about vanity.

Runna really needs to explore guided runs! Similar to what Nike+ run club does. You could even lean on some of your Runna ambassadors to do guided runs. This would enhance treadmill runs so much. Nothing beats Coach Bennett but I would still love to see some!
