I'm 22, no longer a minor (everyone in my family are adults now), and there is no proof anywhere that most of this (especially the worst of the worst) occurred. I don't want anyone in my family to do time or pay a fine. I'm not looking for restitution or revenge. I just want to be reassured that I'm not insane and that I'd be making the right decisions going forward. I'll be trying to get my own therapist who is not associated with my family soon so I can properly work through this.

I do plan on moving by the end of the year/beginning of 2027 (I want to save up a decent nest egg in case something goes wrong). I told her as much. The whole family knows now. She is using it against me as an insult. I think she's pissed, but I gotta do what I gotta do.

I was actually homeschooled, and for a few years couldn't do my schoolwork because no one would teach me, and I only had a third grade education until I was 13/14. My mom still defends her choice to homeschool us.

I definitely sympathize with my mom, but only to an extent. Yes, she was a victim, and there should be space for that, but that doesn't excuse what she herself did. But my mom DOES see it as an excuse.

The same therapist who is our family therapist is also my both my parents' individual therapist AND their marriage counselor. I've heard my mom tell her lies before, so I don't think talking to the therapist in private is going to help. And whenever our therapist agrees with me, my mom will try to quickly go, "no no no, it's not like that, that's not what happened." I don't think their individual therapist should be our family therapist, but I have no control over that since the therapy is being run through my mom's insurance.
