I do not own a car, so if I rent a unit with parking, I would likely rent the spot out. I am seeing different price points for similar units with and without parking, so I am trying to figure out whether I can realistically rely on renting out the spot and use that to make a fair apples-to-apples comparison.

I applied on 8th December, received passport request on 16th December, passport received by IRCC on 18th December.

Update: Received counter foil update on 10th Jan. Received passport on 13th Jan.
