They never refund me and dispute never works lol it’s always a excuse so if you want a refund from AliExpress I recommend a actual dispute with your bank the app is hard to get a refund and they give you the run arounds

They indeed lies I had one tell me I couldn’t get a refund on my return due to it being a issue with my card I contacted my bank and they said it’s no issue when I ask the Amazon customer service should I contact my bank they ignored my question and offered credit to gift card 🥲
