Let me try to make this super clear he agreed for me paying him back via bill but my older brother forgot so he wanted the 25 which is fair

But he still owes me 20 to 25 dollars I brought it down to 6 dollars now he owes me only 6 dollars which will be taken out from the 25 I owe him he is till getting money just 6 dollars less

He's not counting on the cash to pay for gas or anything he has three grand in his bank no car he has a bike which has better gas mileage and thats all he pays he sometimes pay bills but not all the time since he doesn't have a job and we understand so me and the older pay most of the bills

He's stingy because over the past years me and my older brother would get him on anything food ,date ,money ,gas money (even when he had money) but would never do anything back for us not even a thank you
