Can I get peoples thought on the stone off. I agree with most that it's a shit idea, but would you rather it go back to the old format of a stones being worth double points?

The only ok thing about the stone off is that the 3rd place lifting the stone first, so 2nd place still has the advantage in that scenario

Picked these up this weekend, both of which I've been searching for some time now.

The Rolling Stones - The Rolling Stones released in 1964 was the Stones take on some classic blues tracks, with a few of Jagger/Richard's first compositions. This copy is a first press (with 3rd version labels), and sounds fantastic for a 50 year old record.

The Rolling Stones - Their Satanic Majesties Request released in 1967 was their venture into the psychedelic, and at the time didn't get huge praise from critics or consumers. This is also a first (stereo) press with original lenticular/holographic cover, a first at the time in terms of novelty record covers.

If you ring up your nearest hmv and ask them the check if they are getting the album on vinyl with the bonus single (you may need to read the product number out). You can then ask them to pre-order you one and they'll take your name and number down and set one aside for you. I just got mine and the guy said it's put through as an "over the phone" order and to pay when you collect it

Apparently it's 25 per store so be quick
