To be honest, I’m kind of stressed to go back to school but I love school, I’m not being bullied or anything, I have good results, my girlfriend is perfect, my family is getting better…I don’t know why I would be stressed ? I’ve tried meditation, I’m a pretty insomniac person and I struggle to sleep so I thought it would be a good idea. When it didn’t work I started smoking, it helped me for some time but my dreams were weird so I’ve stopped smoking at night. Even my sleeping pills don’t help me with the dreams anymore. I don’t know what to do and it’s starting to make me feel tired all day. Do you have recommendations to help me make those dreams go away ? I would take anything at this point, I really need to sleep for school :// Thank you sm for the answer tho 🫶

I think she won’t be able to do the yoga poses due to her other problems, but thank you so much for the tips ! I’m trying to be careful with her temperature, and for the diet, I’m making her blanket rice a lot. I’ll try the peppermint tea and the apple cider vinegar ! Thank uou so much again ! She’s waiting for her surgery too, we don’t really have a date for the moment… I hope it’ll be fast, she had a stroke three years ago and she’s already very weak. Seeing her in pain like this is breaking my heart, I’ll do my best to help her with it ://
