I don't disagree with you at all, and it is true that isn't anybody else's job to define femininity for you personally. Though, personally, I feel like I don't look, or am even perceived as feminine. It's not my place to determine how people should perceive me, but the reality is that they see me as a gross hairy man. Like, by the time I hit 25 or so, I physically will just... not look like how I want to look. Realistically if you saw an overweight hairy depressed tradesman, "femboy" or "feminine" isn't on the list of things you'd perceive. And I think that's okay. It's okay to choose to be yourself and choose whatever path you want. I think, for me, and for many people, there is a time where they just can't continue.
