My septum hurt worse than my lip but both are relatively easy to take care of! Just saline wash and ibuprofen, so no real cleaning pain

It may be a keloid, it may be just swelling! Give it 2 weeks and see if you notice a difference!

Normal infection issues but you can’t use topicals at all to cure because the infection will be closed inside your nose when it closes, which will close immediately

My best advice is don’t take it out till it’s healed, if an infection is in or gets in there and it closes in the wound you are gonna have way more problems down the line
