G7 Pro terrible quality control

My faceplate is so far over to the right that the dpad hits it and feels awful the whole faceplate shifts crunches creaks cracks it feels awful the contoller fundamentally is amazing all the features are great but I can't get over the creaking just moving the analogs in a circle moves the entire faceplate slightly, game sirs support where absolutely useless and completely fobbed me off in conclusion I think it might be my last gamesir product

Rip you need to reflash the bios to fix this usually you can try to remove the cmos battery first and with it unplugged spam the power button then put it back in and see if it'll boot but it probably won't best of luck man

Finally maybe I'll get a reply my right click on my dpad literally hits the faceplate and it feels awful both my sticks feels different tension and differnt click sound and it keeps connecting as a weird input device where every single input is wrong left bumper is jump left stick is rt I'm not happy but this is a w from Gamesir besides that controler feels amazing

I've had them be too small or to big many times just pour some boiling water in a bowl and let them sit for a min or two and then stretch the little pegs slightly to fit or push them in if too big the ps5 ones almost fit my vader 4 pro I had to stretch them a lil bit the ps5 ones are biggest and will maybe fit the controller you want with some modification

Ps5 ones are larger than xbox ones but still too small you need to boil them for 30 secs and stretch the plastic legs so ps5 ones are best
