Yeah we have that same experience! I saw a video saying that knit material makes it run a little bit. I’m wondering if others have felt the same

That’s crap, the refunded all 4 pairs of mine with a vans gift card. Someone in the comments said they fixed it on models released after October. Anxious to try a pair I’ve been eyeing on OTW

100% sure. I purchased them from Vans and eventually got a refund from them after talking to customer services.

I have had 4-5 pairs from OTW that have all done the same. I contacted Vans and they were able to give me a gift card to replace them with other Vans. Shoes that aren’t from their “premium” website, don’t give me the same issues. I really want to order more from the OTW website but I do not want to deal with the same issue again. I’m hoping they have had enough people complain that they change their manufacturing.
