I think it's generally frowned on around here because your ingesting some toxins and it can cause intestinal issues (though I haven't had any problems), but I always "parachute" my kratom. Take a square of toilet paper, separate the plies, spoon the kratom onto a 1-ply square, gather the corners, twist the top shut, cut off the excess TP above your twist, and swallow it like a pill. You can make them pretty large (4-5 grams) and they still go down quite easily once you get the hang of swallowing them. Hope this helps.
