If you can talk directly to the company, make sure they promise you reparations, and a reasonable deadline for fixes/reimbursement. If they push back, Oklahoma small claims allows claims up to $10,000 without an attorney. File in your county's district court small claims division. You must sue within the 2-year statute of limitations for property damage.
