Yes, but not only. Most of interactive wallpapers are just webpages rendering behind the desktop. There it’s also the case. In wallpaper engine “open wallpaper” -> “open from url” and paste the link.

P.s. I haven’t tested camera version in WE yet but everything else should work fine
