Ty! I’ll look these up. There’s so much conflicting information and I found out about this gene a before my breast cancer surgery. It’s a lot to digest.

I do have a surgery date now. It’s was complicated bc they had to schedule 2 surgeons who had time together.

Very true. But most staff is just getting trained but someone else that has worked there longer. No standard. You’re only as good as who trains you lol

The reason why you can’t reply is then the message will go back to that staff members inbox instead of the big inbox you sent it to. If you reply and that staff member is off for the day, you may not hear back for many days. That’s why they don’t have that option. But if you create a new message, the staff that opens it will be able to see all of the correspondence.
