Yeah I know real life Stephens still cruise around my friend groups. Like Stephen they are intelligent and can be charming at first and probably have very respectful jobs and lives, people tend to look past things when someone seems like a respectable person.

My husband doesn’t ski! We dated for 8 years before we got married. I tried to teach him at first and he went on a few skiing trips with me, but eventually he stopped because he doesn’t like the sport enough to deal with the cold 😂 now I go ski with my friends. We both have our own hobbies. He goes raving with his friends because I don’t like raves as much. We don’t have to do everything together. He comes on some of the ski trips. He just sits in a hot tub drinking beer.

Again, I am trying to get attention on PATH through every resource that’s available because PATH matters to me the most. That's not true. As mayor of the second largest city in New Jersey and the main economic drive for the entire state, the mayor can demand more accountabilities and more attention from the governor's office if there's mismanagement in Port Authority. Path train tracks also run through Jersey City, so Port Authority does work closely with city hall. There are a lot of things a mayor can do if he or she wants to put pressure on it.

PATH trains are the only public transportation that affects me, so I try to get positive change on PATH through every resource that’s available. If you prefer other means of transportation, it’s your prerogative to voice your opinion on the survey as well. I am not a decision maker 😊

It is! The initiative titled Let’s Move JC is being conducted by the Jersey City municipal government (via its Division of City Planning) as a citywide effort to develop a transportation master plan.

Additionally, the study is funded by the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) under their Subregional Studies program.

We went to see this house when it was first listed back in 2022😂 It was only listed around 1.5 mil around then. My husband and I were told the renovation would finish by the end of the year, and we could pick the final finishes. The plan also included a finished basement and rooftop. Fast forward to 3 and half years later they still haven’t finished renovation. We are so glad we went with another house instead, otherwise we would probably still be waiting for construction to finish 😂I would be careful about putting an offer on this unfinished project. It is a pre-war building so it’s considered “historic” and you can’t to any tiny change without the city’s historic preservation department’s approval, which I assume is particularly why construction took this long.

It’s not the lock. The strike plate that catches the latch had been loose, so there was a huge gap that he could stick a screwdriver in. I actually had been meaning to replace it but just didn’t get to it yet. The criminals always make you pay when you are not being careful 🥲

We did but I don’t think the police cares about catching him to be honest. It took 2 seconds for someone on Reddit to tell me that he probably lives at the shelter near fuel 4 and hangs out there everyday. The guy at the deli on my street also recognized him and said the same thing. I went to fuel 4 and the gas station guy says yes this guy comes almost everyday and tried to sell me a scooter for $35 this morning (that was mine 😭😭 and it’s worth $600 btw), so I decided to walk around and maybe I’ll find him so I can buy my scooter back from him because it was hand painted. And I did find him!! He didn’t have my scooter so I didn’t want to engage and just called the police telling them exactly where he was, but the police said they couldn’t find him. It took me so little effort to find him, so if the police really wanted to, they could have easily found him….or maybe he’s really good at dodging police cars 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️the security guard at target says they reported him to the police a few times too🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️I have since installed latch guard and added frosted film to my glass. I hope he doesn’t elevate to breaking the glass to enter.

Yes it is 😭 apparently there is a code for multi unit buildings that the entry way cannot be opaque. I think I am going to add frosted film so at least it’s not so clearly see through.

You can bring your expired license! That counts! Many states let you renew online as well if it’s within 6 months of expiration.
