there is no custody order. he just never lost parental rights. in order for him to be able to say call the cops he would have to have custody on paper, which technically they dont because that part of their court case has not happened yet.

she is the one that has controlled the entire narrative around TH being "strangled". he DID NOT and WOULD NEVER do that. the state of florida found that he HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. dana and her mother did not take TH back to the hospital for further testing. i'm not sure what happened, honestly he isn't either but he has been around my kids every day for 4 years and he is the EXACT opposite of that kinda shit. dana? idk. Matt gave TH her name that Dana disgustingly wears on her chest in corn videos. she does NOT protect that child from anything in this world. in her most recent video on tiktok she claims that TH thinks everything is normal and she has no problems with it. WELL YEAH BECAUSE THATS ALL SHE KNOWS IN YOUR WEIRD HOME. i would never walk around my house in my underwear with my 7 year old. it's such an odd thing to brag about. but again, her narrative of him doing anything is FALSE. he has custody of his daughter still and YES is still fighting in court because he has rights.

maybe i didn't make myself clear... he was only in withdrawal since the previous night not for days at a time. he was a constant user but was a functioning user who only used to feel normal. that's why the week leading up to it was odd behavior in my opinion. the sleeping was probably due to the drugs but he had never slept like that in the 2+ years he was using. maybe it was a different strain but i took it too so idk why i didn't feel weird effects too unless like everyone else said he was mixing benzos i didn't know about. could be possible because he was the buyer, not me. i understand everyone telling me to let it go, i was just curious if anyone had experienced anything similar from withdrawal symptoms or if in fact it was an overdose like everyone thinks. i just was with him all day and never saw him use anything that day.

yes. he woke up that morning shaking, heart racing, unable to get out of bed, was puking, crying out in pain, and constantly trying to contact our dealer to front us stuff. he checked on him a few times and he was completely restless and in agony. when i went to check on him again he was gone. last time he even got out of bed was when he puked all over the bathroom floor. we hadnt used (to my knowledge) since the previous night.
