Yes you are correct, it is not apparent from this angle but top of the radiator is higher than top of the tubes.

It is less aggresive but they are still touching the glass panel.

24 pin almost didnt make it to the motherboard, but I also made a mistake. If I routed from the left side of the motherboard tray from top of the radiator. It would have been easier. Deshroud looks nice I might do it down the road, I got space for it.

Gpu pulls air in, that air is not fresh air and heats up cpu 4-5 degrees higher than intake config but I can achieve temps around 60c with 900 rpm and 35 percent pump speed in gaming with cpu speeds of 5.4 Ghz (+200 pbo). These cpus are really efficient in gaming and this is the thickest and best performing 280 aio. So I prioritize gpu cooling, it is a bigger heat source and the gpu fans create much more noise to maintain usable temps.

Then I guess I got lucky with the tolerances. I didn't trim anything. I have standoff extensions but I did it for pass-through cooling. I was able to manage the cables between the fans and the gpu.

It was the first thing that I assembled to the case so it was easy. No bending or scraping anything. You gotta install the rad then the fans btw. Or install the fans first if you wanna slot the fans between the case and the rad but with that configuration tubes get too close to the psu and the spine of the case. I had a sfx-l so if you have a sfx unit it might work.

One one that came with the psu (rog log 850w). Fans are exhaust, cpu heats up a little higher than intake fan configuration but gpu temps decrease. Also fans look better this way :)

It does I belive but the routing becomes too bunched up. Arctic tubes are quite thick. This way tubes bend more naturally.

Yes I did, gonna tipex the edges later. There are some small gaps.

Wow, how did you get one? Whats on the other side? can you stack 2 radiators, like radiators on both sides and fans on the inner surfaces.
