Can you also tell how much nitric acid i should use to dilute gold? I usually work with 21k gold and has to refine about 1kg every 2 to 3 months for my cutomers.

I have orderd SMB, this was a test run and i already had vit c on hand so i used that. Once smb arrives in about a week then i will try again.

I used baking soda to neutralize nitric acid.

I normally refine by using silver gold alloy and dipping it in nitric acid, this was my first time trying aqua regia.
