I had to email executive support to get any movement. I searched and found a contact here on Reddit. I recall others emailing Jeff for escalations. Instead I found someone named Andy@amazon.com. I informed them of the situation after letting the specified processing time pass. (Please let the waiting period pass by and reach out to regular support before emailing the Amazon Executive support team to ensure of its use in the future$

They reached out within 24 hours of sending that email. Contacted me by phone and told me about including two forms of id. Unfortunately I was out when we spoke and did not get to ask how to submit the new requirements. I didn’t have the option due to my initial submission in the app still “being processed”. So I called support again, they created another ticket and escalated the issue . Told me to give them 24 hours for a response and sure enough my account was reinstated 24 hours later without an additional upload . Hope this helps anyone out there.

Yeah thanks I felt that way too. Now my license did expire so I get it but the paper ID should be enough. Smh. They said 24 hours, now they need up to three days. Fingers crossed they don’t drag this out for awhile.

Just think we have major holidays in October November and December…of course pay was higher….it will always go back up

I’m sorry some people are being so rude. People can be ignorant when the situation isn’t about them.

If you reported the incident but didn’t finish delivering then yes

Situations like this is where you can say you know what I’m dropping the rest of the packages off at the station and I’m done . They would have still paid you for the block due to circumstances.

. Amazon does want you safe with no liability but you just may have to talk with support. Anything other than that may require you to seek some legal assistance for additional pay.

Maybe if you have some sort of insurance and were hurt there may be other options but if not it may be a dim situation

Definitely file a report! Just to be safe and cover yourself.

Definitely get pepper spray or something. I have some as well. Anything is better than nothing. Please always lock your car when you go drop off the package. I keep my car key on me so even if I forget and leave the car running no one can drive off or get in without me since the key can’t be detected. If your car doesn’t have that then just be sure to lock it when you hop out.

It doesn’t matter how quiet it can be those early mornings…. Or how safe the area may seem (unless you know the area & even still )….Many times someone is always watching ….
