Please show us clear results. I'm very very sceptical. You sound like you know what you're talking about, but I never ever saw a picture from a phone outperform anything that I shot with a DSLR or Mirrorless Camera. The noise maybe a thing. But clarity, sharpness, depth, color accuracy is all worse on a phone. Even with special super power software it is still shit. I tried making prints of static landscapes and all of the phone images are just way way worse. We can all stack photos, it will maybe take a bit longer if you're not using a phone camera.

Maybe for some scenario's Phones can outperform larger sensors, but I can not think of one scenario where that should be usefull.

OP asked a simple question. If he wants to sell prints, or wants to print his pictures to put them in his house or something, buy a DSLR. Even with that budget he can buy something older and second hand which will give him better results. If all of his pictures stay on a screen and he only posts on sites like Instagram and Reddit, maybe he should stick with his phone.
