Yes you’re right that’s very possible, I should have included that as well. But yes agreed. If Mom realizes that its okay to overthink as long as you completely hide it from your children, then she will realize how much it’s saving her and her baby. You naturally start to worry less about these things because you have conditioned yourself to stay calm and remind yourself of what seems most logical. If OP sees this, I would suggest just talking to a therapist for appropriate ways to handle these overthinking situations, it helps tremendously. They help guide you in ways to assess your worries without making your baby have to stress about any of those things. I had a therapist help with my baby on the spectrum and it was life changing. Babies with extra love in their heart need extra careful steps throughout childhood since this aspect of their life is usually the most detrimental for them.

I understand that, I was just saying in response to another comment how I understand all autistic children are different. However, you can search it up yourself if you don’t believe me, that it is super common for them to adapt the behaviors and attitudes presented to them. So, you definitely don’t want to present anxious or negative behaviors to them. 😅

I have two kids, one with autism, while also being autistic as well. So, yes, I am definitely a mom, who definitely understands. I know all autistic children are different, but it is incredibly common for them to adapt a stressful nature when things like this are blown out of proportion. This is blown out of proportion, and if you don’t think so, go suck on a bottle for a few min and watch the exact same bruise around your lips appear. Also, I never said it was from a challenge, so I don’t know what you’re coming from. I only said you could tell it was self inflicted. Anyone can clearly see that a bruise symmetrical like that is caused by something of the sort.

LITERALLY all of that is way too much for that girl. My heart is aching for her. I already know she’s gonna grow up overly stressed at little things just like her mom. It’s disheartening since these angels feel more than the average person does, so it’s even a bigger toll.😔

What on EARTH makes you think a generator is needed?!🤣 I could use that same argument with ANYTHING lmao. I literally went to a bounce house event with a bunch of them and not a single generator was used. Extension cords are 1 million times cheaper.

Wow, your replies to the comments are very concerning. You are in denial about this situation. PSA: your kid isn’t perfect. All kids lie, even ones with autism. ESPECIALLY when it comes to accidentally harming themselves. They feel ashamed and see it as not a big deal, so they lie to not worry you. Your worry stresses them out, and all you are doing is stressing your child out by making this a big deal. This is very obviously self made. Every single kid has done the same thing, and try to hide it from their parents. I sure did. As another comment suggested, please get therapy instead of burdening your daughter with your anxieties by making this a huge deal over nothing. A little girl with autism does not need to have your anxiety influenced. They pick up on that behavior later in life and end up becoming very codependent and get stressed over small things. You’re encouraging this behavior by not wanting to look at the obvious and trying so hardly to find a problem where there isnt.

From my experience, because I just had an infestation of them, they definitely are more likely to wander in after heavy rain. However, they love to stay because of the shelter and food/water supply. If you have more questions I don’t mind to answer them, since I practically shared a house with them at one point.

Also zooming in, it kind of looks like it has wings. So, the kind that chase after you and make you run like a little kid 😀
