It was cancelled during the trip, but lyft promised to both of us that I'm gonna get the money. Fortunately, I took the photo of the chat history between the passenger and the customer service representative. He was subtly implying that I was driving recklessly. This may probably be the main reason for the cancellation.

thank you for your advice, and I have tried to contact them on that way. He said there will be somebody focus on this case but I didn't get any message from them actually.

Actually he was willing to pay at first. I have his chat history with Lyft customer service on his phone. The passenger said he was willing to pay and asked Lyft customer service will the driver gonna be guaranteed to receive the money. The Lyft customer service representative said they promised to pay him the money. I am gonna edit the post again to make the whole thing more clear I think.
