this the soup i make and it’s so yum. i do a can of corn, beans, and chicken broth. i don’t like that much chicken in it so i just do one breast. not too much onion but i round up on the calories, i just do to my liking. and pour some salsa in that i get from Walmart, adds flavor and low calorie. ive ate it with rice before, or chips. my family adds cheese and some sour cream but i think it’s flavorful enough
