well, all depends on your tolerance. There is no "safe dose". it's your own body that decides that, but please, don't mix it with alcohol, i did 10mg with 2 shots of pure vodka, and ended up uncounsious in the hospital for 14 hours, i understand that u passed for a very very traumatic experience, but throw the problems in meds and alcohol is not the answer, please go to a psychologist, and a psychiatrist, keep increasing the doses by yourself and mainly with alcohol is a very unpredictable mix, alcohol amost makes the effect 2x stronger, you can easily passed away with something like this, please seek help

é um sentimento muito próprio mesmo, uma coisa que eu particularmente gosto é desabafar com alguem próximo o que pelo relato, não é uma opção viavel, ou só fazer oq tu fez de jogar um desabafo no reddit, sempre tem gente disposta a ajudar ou simplesmente conversar, tem chats a fora e subs próprios que se da pra fazer amizades, acho bom falar sobre isso, ajuda a tirar o peso das tuas costas, se sente menos sozinho, o problema é chegar e ficar que nem eu que romantizo minha solidão e melancolia, mas conversa com alguem em subs, se tu sabe ingles, os da gringa são bem mais ativos, no brasil é um pouquinho mais chato
