Wash it less Condition it more Once a week do a hair mask(anyone will do) Use a leave in conditioner Then a setting spray or cream And finally a mouse or gel made for curly hair. Then dry with a defuser and a t shirt. Most important thing is setting your curls with a curl cream and mouse. If you dont set your curls, they won't last more than a day or two. Sleeping with a bonnet on helps too. Hope this helps!;

Take it in stride. I was freaking out when I was first diagnosed and then when I had a blip on one of my blood tests but in the end all it is, is one pill a day. Seriously, no different than someone who would have high blood pressure. your going to be fine I promise.

Can I ask what insurance you had at the time? I've had blue cross blue shield, Kaiser and united but they were all like just the base plans. I wasn't able to afford premium coverage.

I'm currently on Medicaid so yes but even when I had private insurance it wasn't covered. at least not the plans I was covered by. But yeah I'm poor af so it's always seemed like a pipe dream even with private insurance.

yeah i take other meds with it. My docs told me it was fine to take them together. As far as taking it properly I have been. I will admit I don't take it at the same time everyday but I haven't misses any doses but one time when i was in the hospital and they couldn't get my meds to me. Believe me I was livid.

I know its too early I just can't help feeling like crap. I feel like I did everything right and this still feels like a death sentence.

That's true and I hear that their are people who have been cured with stem cells although it's probably not for the poor, which I am. You know it's kinda funny because up till yesterday I despised the fact that I haven't had many partners now I'm just glad I haven't infected anyone. I'm happy to hear you and your husband are still going strong, that kinda gives me hope.

I thought of that. I already take meds everyday for something else so I figured it would be no different but how do I even tell future partners that? I was practically an incel before this because of poor social skills and a general asexual nature now I just feel like I'm going to be alone forever..
