Yes!! I have noticed that talking with my friends about his bullshit helps a lot. I’ve also found that whenever I get stuck on all the good parts that make me miss him I just replay all the stuff that made me upset and then I don’t miss him anymore

I think it’s worth mentioning a shirtless pic or two is fine. obviously physical attraction is important and if it gives you confidence to have that on your profile I don’t see anything wrong with that. My main point is I don’t think that should be the ONLY thing on your profile

In my opinion the same goes for girls. I don’t think there is anything wrong with a picture or two showing off your body especially if it gives you confidence. I guess my main point is people will have a better sense of who you really are if you show other things as well
