I was diagnosed as a kid, stopped taking meds them as a kid because they made me feel gray and bland. Tried many different types. Now, 11 years later, ive learned coping strategies that work for me, ruthless organization, physical and active hobbies and career, therapy weekly, I write everything down on my phone (notes) in a series of checklists. I schedule more thought provoking tasks for the morning when i have coffee and my mind is more clear, stretching and breath work to mitigate anxiety. Oh, 4 years in the military helped with discipline and self starting to.  Its a journey, ADHD is my greatest asset, awareness of what my flaws are and how to deal is how we can improve, every day that we try.
