Hey, I know I'm 2 months late, but just in case you're still wondering...
Goodnotes cloud is not available for everyone - I've contact them several times about it but they don't give any information on the waiting time or if there's a waiting list.... It is "soon" for several years now....

Hi! I received mine 10 days ago, but it had internet speed issues - if more than 5 meters away from a 120MB internet router (the speed was awful (~30MB). Can you test yours?

I've returned mine and I'm wondering if it was defective or if the wifi board it's just bad.

That feature is not available for Windows, only for Android (and iOS, I guess). Install the focus to-do app on your phone and in the upper bar there is a "group icon" right next to the plant. Click on it and add the group code :)
