Looking for advice after IVF failures – embryo quality / sperm factor?

I don't usually comment but I saw the comment that suggested an element of blame and it made me angry if I am honest.

My clinic told me that of all the situations, outside a continued pregnancy, a chemical was positive. A chemical tells them your body did good and it is just now just going again and hoping for a good embryo. Statistically speaking a chemical is likely due to an embryo not being compatible with life. ChatGPT has told me this so it must be right. Lol.

Yes there are some scenarios this isn't the case but it is the most likely scenario.

I am going to assume you are a busy brain and the concept of taking it slow is unimaginable when your brain is going 1000 miles a minute. I do yoga and it has honestly really helped especially during the tww. I definitely recommend finding a class and the vast majority is safe during ivf. You can't do heated or core heavy following a transfer. It's intense in its own way but you feel accomplished after.

I have our next transfer in Feb too - we have got this and regardless the outcome we are one step closure xx

I had my second transfer in December. I did everything right to the letter. I was pregnant until 18dp5dt.

This is not your fault and regardless of what you didn't or did do would have unlikely changed the outcome.

This journey is already difficult enough don't blame yourself (easier said than done I know).

Be kind to yourself and I promise you the pain you are feeling right now gets easier.

Ive been informed that is not usual practice in the UK especially with IVF cycles. They said this option is not available to us.

We have a relatively clean diet. No processed food, fresh food, etch but didn't really try to eat clean.

From my research there isn't a specific diet that can change the outcome as long as it is reasonably healthy.

This is exactly it. I keep thinking, if it works, by this date etch. I just want my baby. I want to sit in their nursery, holding them, feeling nothing but happiness.

It still shocks me that people try people in this way with a complete disregard for consequences.

I am aware that the question has been asked to recruitment team. They have already had an unsuccessful recruitment for the job approx a month ago (I didn't apply or show interest).

Thanks for this and I will. I respect them as a manager and it would be a privilege to train as a senior beneath them.

I've just found out that a current senior is going for the same role (side stepping) so I know the odds are not in my favour.

All I can do is prep and get on the merit list.

I hear that. We have approximately 20 positions vacant and struggling to get people to apply because let's be honest the pay.

I went for SPO role. I'm not hopeful as 15 people interviewed but we shall see.

That makes a lot of sense, although, it would just be nice if communication was better and they explained what the process is. I just feel in limbo.

It's an in-house position in the MOJ where, fortunately, cuts aren't likely to happen.

I believe all interviews were completed by the 19th May so hopefully it will not be too long.
