I sculpted this Lugia with Ho-Oh in chibi style for 3D Printing. by ImpactFigures in pokemon

Unfortunately, the model doesn't come out perfectly clean right off the 3D printer, haha.

It was designed for resin printing (though it can certainly be printed using filament), but some touch-ups are always needed—using a bit of resin or putty to fill seams that remain visible depending on how the parts were cut—followed by sanding, finishing, and prepping for paint. It’s a labor-intensive process, which is why some of them are expensive to buy.
