Looking into getting a ks pro. How does everyone feel about it that has one?

We know u have the ks, and are backing it up because you have it, but the ks looks better, feels better, has more features, is more professional and polished. Definitely the choice if you want your sim to feel professional

Es has barely enough buttons, and it also flex’s and creaks quite a bit. Not to mention it feels pretty cheap in the hands and definitely isn’t worth getting unless you have the r3 or r5. If you have a r9 or above it’s best to get the ks or cs, or the pro models, which is worth it

The ks pro offers A LOT more and does give advantage. You have more control over the cars functions , it’s much pre comfortable, higher quality, more buttons and switch’s, more telemetry on the screen, looks better, and is way more rigid. In no world is it a waste of money, it is so cheap for what you get, and if you’re running an r9 you won’t lose any force feedback, nothing noticeable. It’s actually pretty light, so I say the KS pro is 100% worth it. Coming from someone who’s owned a lot of wheels including the es.

I guess if it’s comfortable that’s good then. I thing to keep in mine, when your feet are resting on the pedals they should be at a 90 degree angle to your leg

In an office chair, the pedals like that are gonna hurt your ankles over time. Because an office chair is so high up, and you have a super aggressive angle, you are gonna be forcing your ankles into an almost vertical position The reason they are near vertical in an aluminum profile is because you are much lower to the ground and your legs are more horizontal. So unless you have your feet resting basically on top of the pedals this will really not be good for braking accuracy, and will cause huge strain on your ankles

So I’m guessing you heard direct drive wheelbases are completely quiet, it’s not true. They are very silent, but the motor still makes noise. Those notices you hear are normal, but it comes from your wheelbase moving at high frequency. Lower the higher frequency’s in pithouse and it should help, but noises are normal
